Coffee Products

We do not accept returns on opened coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos at:

Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Non-Consumable Merchandise

Unopened, unused non-consumable items may be returned within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
